After Lunch, join us for a hands- on Pampering Health (yes, the two come together at The Women's Spirit Center), Fun Social Session each day! From the amazing healing properties of aromatherapy, "The Secret to Eliminating Cravings and living a thriving, balanced life" with Macrobiotic Chef & Herbalist, Miriam Wiener, to self-acupressure techniques, and learning how to arrange a beautiful refreshing flower boquet in ten minutes, you are sure to enjoy it all!
Then plop yourself on our irresistable couch (first come, fist served, the rest of you get to sit on our comfortable chairs;) and tackle a Torah Text (Hebrew and English copies for your convenience:) with a friend: for a short exciting 15 minutes of Pair Chavrutah learning like in the Talmudic ages!
It's now 1:45 pm. We are already feeling so inspired and good. Now is the time for the Quantum Leap! Participate in a round- the- couch, inspiring, up- close and personal approach to Chassidic Inspiration called a "Farbrengen." HERE is where we have reached the highly vibrational energetic part of our day- where Transformation actually takes place. Watch the blessings unfold. (To quote Wikipedia: "What a Hasidic farbrengen can achieve, even the angel Michoel cannot achieve ... "[2] This power stems from the fact that when God, regarded as our father, sees that His children are sitting together in unity and love, He is then aroused with a desire to fulfill all their requests, even those of which they would not be worthy via normal means, such as via the advocacy of Michoel, the defending angel of the Jewish people. Indeed, Chasidic tradition includes many stories of people who were saved by taking part in a farbrengen and being thereby blessed.)

You leave The Women's Spirit Center at the end of the day so refreshed and renewed, energized to engage with life on a whole new level.
We conclude at 3:00 pm on Monday- Thursday,

Rebbetzin Miriam Cunin is a dynamic example of A Chassidic Matriarch in her family and the world today.
Rebbetzin Miriam Cunin, a gifted wordsmith, poet and artist - teaches classes on marriage and family, and advises women internationally.
"Her son points to his mother's private accomplishments, as well. She spends every Friday afternoon going to old age homes, where she lights Shabbat candles with 70 or 80 patients who consider her a daughter (some patients with dementia actually think she is their daughter). She brings new mothers prayers and a care package.And then, of course, there is the job of being a mother and bubbie to a family the size of a small company.
He says a day hardly goes by when his mother doesn't run into a grandchild somewhere -- and she always know what is going on in that child's life. She has a list of birthdays and anniversaries for her entire family, and on each occasion she calls the whole family to remind them to call each other. No birthday passes without a cake and a present from Bubbie. Every Rosh Chodesh, the beginning of the new Jewish month, the entire family comes for dinner to the Westwood duplex the Cunin's have lived in since they moved from the Fairfax area, soon after they arrived in Los Angeles."We grew up as such a team, such a unit," Rabbi Chaim Cunin says of his family: two girls, six boys and then five more girls, in that order."- The Jewish Journal
